File a report

For anything that's happened — at one of our events, in the broader scene, online, anywhere — that you think we should know about.

If this is an imminent emergency at one of our events, call 911 first and tell whoever is at the door.

How you want to be identified
Your details
Real name if Identified; whatever name you'd like us to use if Pseudonymous. Skip if you'd rather not provide one.
We'll only auto-acknowledge by email; other contact methods get a manual follow-up from the response team.
Report type
What happened
The only required field. Write as much or as little as you can. The response team will follow up on the rest.
A name, partial scene name, or description if you don't have a name. Send what you have.
Approximate is fine. Exact dates aren't needed.
Anyone who saw or heard, and how to reach them if you know.
If you have a preference. We don't lead with this, but it helps us understand what you need.
Photos and other evidence

Optional. Up to 5 files, 25 MB each. Photos, screenshots, PDFs, audio, video, plain text.

Metadata note: We automatically strip hidden metadata (GPS location, timestamp, device info) from JPEG, PNG, and WebP uploads by re-encoding the image. This happens server-side before storage.

We do not strip metadata from PDFs, videos, audio, HEIC photos, or other types. If you're uploading those and want to stay anonymous, scrub the file with a tool like exiftool first, or take a screenshot of the original.
Files are encrypted at rest. Only the response team can decrypt them, and every download is audit-logged.
Who can we contact?

Tell us who, if anyone, we can reach as part of looking into this. We never share your identity with the subject unless you've explicitly authorized it.

Your submission is encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the response team and every view is logged.
